1. General

  • GoaCabBooking.com is a cab aggregation and booking platform connecting customers with taxi operators/drivers across Goa.
  • By confirming a booking, the customer accepts these terms in full.
  • GoaCabBooking.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment (if applicable) or confirmation from our team.
  • Customers must provide accurate details (pickup point, time, contact number, etc.). GoaCabBooking.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Fares are based on vehicle type, distance, time, and selected packages.
  • Tolls, parking, and interstate/state border permits (if applicable) are extra and payable by the customer.
  • Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
  • GoaCabBooking.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:
  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund (if advance paid)
  • 6–24 hours before pickup: 50% deduction
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup / No Show: No refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Use of Service

  • Customers must carry a valid ID proof while traveling.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Drivers have the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or legal violations by the customer.
  • Seat belt usage is compulsory as per law.

6. Liability

  • GoaCabBooking.com acts as a booking facilitator and is not liable for driver negligence, accidents, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen events.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. GoaCabBooking.com is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or valuables.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged if available.

7. Corporate & Tour Packages

  • Custom terms may apply for bulk bookings, sightseeing tours, and corporate agreements.
  • Any additional usage beyond the package (extra kms, waiting charges, night charges) will be billed separately.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa only.
